Leo is a farm to table restaurant in downtown Annapolis known for exceptional service and quality food and drink. We are looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment. Maintain knowledge of food and drink menus Ensure all drinks are prepared, garnished, and presented with accuracy and attention to detail Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping workstations tidy Ability to work well withteam members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 3 years in ahigh volume bar environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and beer. (Local spirit knowledge a plus) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
